Wider works and specialist trades

If your project also involves electrical, plumbing, heating or other specialist work, tell us at the start. Its feasibility, the contractor responsible and any coordination must be agreed separately after reviewing the property. Structural work, roof work and a complete replacement of installations are not automatically included in an interior renovation quote.

From the first visit to completion

What affects the cost and timing?

The surface area, condition of walls and floors, bathroom requirements, materials, access and additional trades all affect the quote. Tell us your target move-in date so that we can assess a realistic programme. A final price and completion date require an agreed scope; hidden defects or added work may change them.

Can you visit before we buy the property?

Contact us with the location and access arrangements to discuss whether a visit is possible. A renovation visit does not replace a structural survey or specialist inspection.

Are installations and materials included?

Only the work and supplies specified in your quote are included. Electrical, plumbing and heating work, material supply and coordination with other contractors need to be confirmed for your particular project.

How are changes handled?

Discuss any requested changes with us before the additional work starts, so that the scope, price and impact on the schedule can be agreed.
